Three agents do most of the work. Everything else is where they read from, or where they leave things for me.
The agents
Q
The assistant I built for myself. It reads my email, texts, calendar and meeting notes, and keeps the list of who owes what. Most rows on this page are Q.
Instinct
The one I text. It runs the digests, the big idea scan and the Kindle notes, and passes what it finds to Q.
Muse
Handles life outside work: films I'll probably like, trips and airline check-ins.
Claude
Builds and fixes Q, writes the morning brief and co-writes my LinkedIn posts. It also built this page, under close supervision.
Where they read from
Google Workspace
Gmail, Calendar and Drive. Most of the raw material lives here, and the drafts turn up here too.
Granola
Takes the meeting notes, so promises made out loud get counted as well.
Wispr Flow
Dictation, for when typing is too slow. Which is most of the time.
Superhuman
Where I read the email that survives the sorting.
Slack
Work chat, checked for me so I don't have to live in it.
Oura
Sleep and heart rate, sent straight to the Hyrox coach. It can't be lied to.
Where the work lands
Notion
The filing cabinet. Briefs, Kindle notes and Q's bug tickets all end up here.
Asana
My to-do list. Q adds to it and reads it back to me.
Spotify
Where the Monday playlist appears.
Kindle Scribe
For reading PDFs with a pen in hand. The scribbles come back typed.
